How can I change or cancel a reservation?

Changes and cancellations can be made online by calling Reservations at 1-800-499-7450. Changes to flight or travel dates on restricted fare tickets will incur an additional fee per flight segment and must be collected upon change of reservation.

What if I can’t make a flight?

Silver Airways requires customers to cancel their reservation prior to flight departure to avoid loss of ticket value. No Show passengers’ e-tickets will not retain value towards future travel as stated in Contract of Carriage Rule 105 – Ticket Validity.

What time do I need to check in at the airport?

You are required to check in at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure. If you are not present 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time your reservation may be cancelled. Valid photo identification is required at check-in.
